◆Reservations for the following month are released around noon on the 1st of each month.
(Example: December 1st → January 1st to 31st).
◆Enjoy Edomae sushi prepared by a chef from Chiba in a space hidden behind glass blocks.
◆A QR code for the daily BGM playlist that plays in the store is pasted on the floor paper every day.

Born in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture
After graduating from culinary school, he worked at a famous conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Chiba Prefecture.
Came to the United States after working at a high-end sushi restaurant in Tokyo.
Worked for 4 years at a Michelin star sushi restaurant in New York.
Returned to Japan in 2019
January 2021 Sushi Bar ∞ opens in Ebisu
Moved to Roppongi in April 2022
